Designed to match the performance characteristics of the KURO KAGE™ Black Wood shafts, the Mitsubishi Kuro Kage Black - 2nd Gen Hybrid shaft is a high-quality, premium shaft known for its smooth feel, high balance point, great stability, and powerful mid-launch trajectory with low spin and great control.

Constructed using a “High Density Pepreg” in the lower third of the shaft, for exceptional feel and strength, and “Tini (titanium-nickel) Wire Technology” integrated into the tip section. TiNi wire enhances the stability of the shaft's tip section, leading to more consistent contact and control.

TiNi is an elastic and strong wire that can stretch and quickly regain its shape, allowing for efficient energy transfer and unloading during the swing. The added strength and stability in the tip section help reduce shaft flex, resulting in tighter shot dispersion. 

In addition, stiffer tip and butt sections in this shaft provide greater stability and control while the softer mid section delivers a smother feel throughout the swing.

A higher balance point helps to deliver faster club head speeds.
